Price Protection

 

We do not offer price protecction.  This means if you purchase a product and see it on our website or in-store for a lower price, we do not refund the difference.  The price you pay is as-is.  However, many credit cards do offer this feature up to 90 days after the purchase and in some cases will refund up to $500.  Check with your credit card provider to see if you have this option available.

Shipping Policy

 

We normally ship your order within 24 hours if it's in stock and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. Shipping cutoff time is 12:00 P.M. (Noon) Mountain Time. There are some exceptions where an order may be delayed one day due to product availability.

 

You will receive a shipment tracking number for all FedEx shipments.

 

FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO address.

Eminent Hi-Fi is located in and ship's from Rexburg, Idaho.

 

Local Pickup

 

Local pickup is available for in-stock items currently for sale in our inventory. Items not in our inventory may take additional time to acquire and may or may not be available for immediate pickup. Please contact us before placing your order to determine if the product you want is available for immediate pickup.

 

Domestic

 

Eminent Hi-Fi ships products to all 50 states.

 

FedEx Ground​®

 

  • Delivery takes one to five business days within the continental US

  • Cannot be used to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

FedEx Standard Overnight®

 

  • Delivery the next business day in the afternoon by 3 p.m. to most areas and by 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas (by 8 p.m. to residences.

  • Available throughout all 50 states (Hawaii outbound only).

  • Saturday pickup available for an additional charge.

 

FedEx 2Day®

 

  • Second-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

  • Delivery in 3 business days for certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Available throughout all 50 states.

 

FedEx Express Saver®

 

  • Third-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

  • Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.

 

FedEx Home Delivery®

 

  • Day-definite residential delivery in 1–5 business days (3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii) based on distance to destination.

  • Delivery between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tues.–Sat.

  • Available to every U.S. residential address.

  • Packages up to 70 lbs

 

International

 

Outside of the United States, Eminent Hi-Fi only ships products to Canada.

 

FedEx International Priority®

 

  • Delivery usually takes one to seven business days, depending on the country.

  • Is not guaranteed to arrive on a certain date.

  • Packages can be tracked using the FedEx Website.

 

Shipping Issues

 

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided

 

We are happy to correct minor errors in your address (i.e. including a missing apartment number or changing a couple of digits in a postal code).  FedEx does charge a $12.50 fee for this.  Major address changes like shipping to a completely different street address, city, state, or country may be possible but are subject to an additional processing fee.

 

Please contact Eminent Hi-Fi Support if you need to make changes to an address.

Undeliverable Packages

 

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund for the product.

 

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact Eminent Hi-Fi Support.

 

Rejecting Receipt

 

Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without Eminent Hi-Fi's consent and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee ($5 minimum). Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be re-billed to the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.

 

Missing Packages

 

Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected timeframe and are not able to be located by tracking information (if available). Once this happens, the package is considered "missing."

 

If a package falls in to this category, Eminent Hi-Fi reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.

 

Shipping Damage

 

Occasionally, packages are damaged during shipping, rendering the item(s) unusable or non- functional.

 

Similar to a missing package, Eminent Hi-Fi reserves the right to send a replacement. Refunds are only available for orders that have been received undamaged. We are not able to provide a refund for parts damaged in shipping.

 

If you suspect that your package has been damaged in shipping, please file a claim by emailing support@ehifionline.com with photos of the damage, all received items, all interior packing materials, and the packaging that the item arrived in. Be sure to include your order number in the email.
